Europe’s leading start-up hub 2026

Proud to share that H2UB has been recognized as one of Europe’s Leading Start-Up Hubs in the latest Financial Times ranking, conducted by Statista.

This recognition is not based on visibility. It is based on:

• Alumni feedback
• Recommendations from investors, entrepreneurs and academics
• The track record and performance of supported start-ups

In other words: We have great impact for the H2 community in Europe!

And in the Energy category, only two hubs received the recognition: H2UB and TechX Clean Energy Accelerator (delivered by the Net Zero Technology Centre) from Aberdeen, UK.

For us, this award validates our mission to support hydrogen and energy start-ups, connect them with corporates and investors and accompany them on their way to grow and scale.

It confirms that structured acceleration, tailor-made mentoring, venture clienting activities and ecosystem building create measurable outcomes.

Since 2021, we have worked with founders who are tackling the hardest challenges in hydrogen, molecules and industrial decarbonization.

We’ve always placed great importance on developing this H2 ecosystem together and we’re happy to see the results of our joint efforts.
